FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Arkansas football’s matchup against Texas A&M on Saturday, Oct. 18, has been set for 2:30 p.m. inside Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium and will be televised on ESPN, the Southeastern Conference announced on Monday.
The meeting between the Razorbacks and the Aggies will be the first in Fayetteville since Sept. 28, 2013, after having played 10 of the last 11 meetings at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The lone meeting during that timespan, not in Arlington, was in 2020 when the teams met in College Station due to COVID-19.
The matchup will be the 81st meeting between the programs, with Arkansas leading the all-time series 42-35-3. Texas A&M carries a three-game series winning streak into the contest as the Razorbacks are looking for their first win since a 20-10 triumph over the Aggies on Sept. 25, 2021.
Following its first bye week of the season, Arkansas, now led by interim head coach Bobby Petrino, hits the road to Knoxville, Tenn., for an SEC showdown against 12th-ranked Tennessee. Kickoff from Neyland Stadium is scheduled for 3:15 p.m. CT Saturday, Oct. 11.
